1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using The Talent Book ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the App
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the App. By posting content, you grant The Talent Book a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

• The App features virtual coins that can be used to send gifts and access features
• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual coins are non-refundable and non-transferable outside the App
• We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy at any time
• Purchased coins are a license to use a virtual item, not a purchase of property

6. Live Streaming & Communication

• Live streams are public and can be viewed by any user
• You are responsible for the content of your live streams
• We may moderate or end live streams that violate these terms
• Private messages are between sender and recipient only
• Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses) in public streams

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
• Solicit money or conduct business transactions through the App
• Promote gambling or illegal activities

8. Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms
• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior
• Accounts that repeatedly violate these terms may be suspended or permanently banned
• We use a report and review system managed by our admin team

9. Intellectual Property

The Talent Book name, logo, design, and features are the property of The Talent Book. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our App without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That content posted by users is accurate or trustworthy
• The security of data transmitted over the internet

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Talent Book shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Actions or content of other users
• Service interruptions or technical failures

12. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Talent Book operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
